1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

• All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has been handed over to the carrier.

• Please note that order processing time is separate from actual shipping transit times.

2. SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES BY REGION

We offer flat-rate shipping worldwide. Below are the estimated delivery windows and rates for each region:

• Rest of the World: Any other eligible country serviced by our international shipping carriers.

Note: Delivery times are estimates. Actual transit times can vary based on local postal services, remote locations, and customs clearance procedures in your country.

3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

• It can take 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.

• If your tracking information has not updated after 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at [Insert Email Address].

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

Bikini Bold is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, local taxes, or brokerage fees applied to your package upon arrival.

• All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected customs charges, you will not be refunded for the shipping costs or the product, as our Return Policy does not cover change-of-mind or refused deliveries.

5. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is 100% accurate.

• We cannot modify a shipping address once the order has been processed or shipped.

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment fees ($8.95 for US, $12.99 for International).

6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package leaves our facility and is scanned by the carrier, Bikini Bold is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

• If your tracking information states that your package was "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier directly to file a claim.

• We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
