BIKINI BOLD — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Bikini Bold, we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality control. Because our products are intimate apparel, we enforce a strict return policy to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a transaction on our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. NO REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND

We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations for change-of-mind purchases. Once an order is processed and shipped, the sale is final.

"Change of mind" includes, but is not limited to:

  • Deciding you no longer want the item.

  • Finding a different style or color elsewhere.

  • Purchasing the incorrect size without consulting our size chart.

  • Ordering by mistake.

  • Delays in shipping transit times (see Section 4 for standard shipping timelines).

We encourage you to review your cart, shipping address, and sizing choices thoroughly before finalizing your payment.


2. STRICT HYGIENE POLICY: NO REFUNDS IF TRIED ON

For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any swimwear that has been tried on, worn, or washed.

To maintain eligibility for any return action (such as an exchange for a defective item):

  • The swimwear must remain completely untouched by bare skin.

  • The original protective hygienic liner must be fully intact, untampered with, and never removed.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be attached and undamaged.

  • The product must show absolutely no signs of wear, stretching, makeup, tanning products, deodorant, oils, or scent.

Every return undergoes a meticulous inspection process by our quality control team. If there is any evidence that an item has been tried on or handled in a way that violates sanitary standards, the return will be rejected, no refund or exchange will be issued, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.


3. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We inspect all products before they leave our facility. However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or is the incorrect item, we will resolve the issue.

  • Reporting Window: You must report any manufacturing defects or shipping damages within 48 hours of the delivery date shown on your tracking number.

  • Proof Required: To file a claim, email us at [Insert Email Address] with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photo or video evidence of the defect or damage with the tags and hygienic liner still fully attached.

  • Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement of the original item ordered. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or refund.


4. SHIPPING TIMELINES & POLICY

Please note our standard shipping times before placing your order. We do not issue refunds for orders that are currently in transit within these standard delivery windows.

  • US Orders: Standard shipping takes 10 to 16 business days.

  • International Orders: Standard shipping takes 15 to 30 business days.

These timelines do not include order processing times, which typically take [1–3] business days. Delivery delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, or severe weather are out of our control and do not qualify for a refund.


5. EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if we sent the incorrect size/style by mistake. We do not offer exchanges for sizing issues if the product has been tried on. Please utilize our size guides prior to ordering to ensure a proper fit.
